🚌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

*Important:* Cancellations are *not accepted over phone*. Please use the official booking portal to cancel tickets.

Cancellation Rules

  • 1. *Cancellation 24 hours or more before departure*
    * 15% deduction (Customer receives *85% refund*).
  • 2. *Cancellation between 6 and 24 hours before departure*
    * 30% deduction (Customer receives *70% refund*).
  • 3. *Cancellation less than 6 hours before departure*
    * *No refund* (100% deduction).
  • 4. *No-show (Passenger does not board the bus)*
    * *No refund* will be provided.
  • 5. *Operator Cancellation / Trip Cancelled by Company*
    * In case the operator cancels the trip, a *100% refund* or *free rescheduling* will be offered.

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated within *48 hours* after ticket cancellation.
  • The refunded amount will be transferred back to the *original payment source* (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet, or UPI).
  • Actual credit may take *3–10 business days*, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
